Lesley and Sheila are excited to announce that they have teamed up with the HARRIS Real Estate Group to provide their Bearspaw clients with an even higher level of service. Beginning July 1st 2012, Murray Harris and his team will be working alongside Lesley and Sheila as an equal partner, bringing a whole new level of client service and marketing ideas.
Murray and his team are excited to be expanding into the Bearspaw market although this is not a new area to them. Murray has listed and sold several Bearspaw properties and the HARRIS Real Estate Group is the exclusive sales team for Sequoia Signature Homes who specialise in Bearspaw Acreage Estate Homes.
Murray, a dedicated real estate professional for 20 years recently moved his business to Royal Lepage Benchmark where he instantly became one of their top producers. Prior to this he was with Re/Max Central where he earned many achievement awards including the CREB Million Dollar Club award and Award of Merit, The Re/Max Hall of Fame Award, the Re/Max Platinum Club and many more. Murray's pre Real Estate career in sales and senior management has given him the tools to be an effective and knowledgeable businessman as well as having a results-oriented sales techniques and a well trained support team.

Another Succesful Bearspaw Parade of Garage Sales
Last Saturday, June 16th again saw the Bearspaw roads and cul de sacs full of treasure seeking people attending our largest ever Parade of Garage Sales. The Bearspaw Lifestyle Centre also had rented tables to people to bring and sell their unwanted items and the result of it all was amazing! Participants told us that they had twice as much traffic as in previous years and were thrilled with the results. For the last few years, and this was our ninth year, we have supported the Childrens' Cottage Society, a crisis nursery for parents who are experiencing difficulties, by collecting donations from participants and then matching those funds. We are proud to announce that this year we were able to donate $860 to this wonderful charity and we thank everyone in Bearspaw who contributed. What an amazing community this is.
